With 18 plus years of real estate experience in the Greater Toronto Area. Bill has been a successful real estate professional. Mr. Baring have dealt with all kind or real estate transactions ( Residential, Commercial, Land Sale & Purchase, Low Rise & High Rise Pre-Construction)etc. It only made sense for him to take the next step and create something he was passionate about which allowed him to empower others on a larger platform with The PRIME Brokerage. Bill is devoted to his community and has served on many community boards and sponsored many sports teams over the years. Bill has a passion for travel, good food, family, and friends. Bill has been The President of Field Hockey Ontario for 2 terms and during his term, his team was able to bring and host the national games and the Pan-Am Cup to our ONTARIO. Bill and his team lobbied successfully to bring Pan-Am Games to Toronto as well. During his time as a president, he showed his leadership skills and was able to motivate the athletes to perform to the best of their ability as result Ontario won numerous Championships. Bill’s attitude is to always come from abundance and gratitude. This Journey of PRIME is an exciting road ahead for him as he took the initiative to change the face of real estate.
